Moules a la Creme
Whole Mussels cooked in a white wine and parsley broth and finished with fresh cream. Served with warm bread and butter.
Duck with Blueberries
Pan seared Duck breast served with Dauphinoise potatoes, fresh asparagus and a red wine and Blueberry sauce.
Strips of pasta smothered in our white wine and tarragon creme sauce with: Whole Prawns, Smoked Haddock, Mussels and the day’s available catch (your server can advise on this).
A delicious variation on the classic Lemon posset, served with shortbread biscuit and fresh fruit

Sandwiches on white and brown bread: Prawns in seafood sauce, Tuna mayonnaise, Cheese and onion, egg mayonnaise and ham and mustard. Indian selection of vegetable Pakoras, Samosa’s and Bhaji’s. Selection of quiches including cheese and onion and quiche Lorraine. Vegetable spring rolls, BBQ chicken wings, mini pork pies and scotch eggs.
